Mpinch ya Kasi is a multi-vendor marketplace that allows independent sellers to list and sell their products.
We provide the platform, payment processing, listing services, and customer support tools.
Each seller is responsible for:
- Product information and accuracy
- Pricing and stock availability
- Packaging and delivery
- Returns where applicable
Mpinch ya Kasi is not the manufacturer of most products.
2. Fees
Mpinch ya Kasi charges:
- 7% marketplace commission on every completed sale
- Any applicable payment processing fees
These fees support operations, marketing, and platform development.
3. Payments
Customers may pay via:
- Bank Transfer (EFT)
- Approved payment gateways (when active)
Sellers will receive payouts AFTER:
- Payment is confirmed
- Order status is updated to “Completed”
- Delivery is verified where required
4. Deliveries
Delivery times differ based on the seller.
Sellers are responsible for:
- Clear delivery timelines
- Courier costs
- Dispatching the correct product
5. Returns & Refunds
Our return rules appear in the Return & Refund Policy.
Individual sellers may have their own return policies, but these must be fair and legal.
6. Marketplace Rights
Mpinch ya Kasi may:
- Remove listings that violate laws or customer safety
- Suspend accounts involved in fraud
- Hold payments if there is a dispute
- Update these terms at any time
7. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraud
- Sell counterfeit goods
- Misuse customer data
- Post harmful or illegal content
8. Limitation of Liability
Mpinch ya Kasi is not liable for:
- Losses caused by sellers
- Delivery issues
- Product defects
- Incorrect pricing provided by sellers
We facilitate the marketplace; sellers complete the transactions.
