All product prices are set by individual sellers on the marketplace.
1. Product Pricing
Sellers must list:
- Final price (including VAT if applicable)
- Accurate product description
- Extra delivery fee (if any)
- Any discount or promotion clearly
Mpinch ya Kasi does not control seller pricing.
2. Marketplace Fees
Mpinch ya Kasi charges:
- 7% commission on each successful sale
- Payment processing fees may apply
Prices on the platform include any mandatory fees.
3. Currency
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
4. Price Changes
Prices may change at any time, at the seller’s discretion.
5. Mistakes in Pricing
If a product is wrongly priced:
- The seller may cancel before fulfilment
- The buyer will be refunded in full
